Question about demogorgon
Will he have updates from time to time (bugfixes, small balance changes) or will he be left forever as he is now?

They were still able to add changes to Jason's power after his lawsuit so I'd imagine touching Demos power wouldn't break any contracts.

Yes. Mandy or the DBD Twitter (not sure if she runs that too) confirmed he will still get balance changes. Unfortunately no more cosmetics.

Another question, BE cant sell demogorgon, but will steam keys that unlock this dlc still be working?

Most likely. The Nightmare Edition of the game for consoles includes the Stranger Things chapter and is only purchasable in physical format, so you'll also be able to get the chapter that way.

Nothing major. Minor bug fixes but nothing like addon changes.

If something new comes out that makes Demo unbalanced, they'll definitely touch him. But I'm hoping that unless that criteria is met, they'll leave him alone such as no random add-on passes.

No the twitter guy is a whole different guy. Mandy is just a mod on the forums as far as im aware
