All my DLC Characters are gone!
So i just started the game after it got update and all my Characters are just gone.
Before the update came it worked perfectly.
It also cant be a licence issue since everything else still works and i evem renewed them already.
What imma gonna do now?

Have you tried downloading them from the PS Store again? I didn't have access to any of my characters on a secondary account for my friend to try out, and downloading them again seemed to do the trick. Also try resetting.

Can you redownload them from your Library @Ruma (a couple of people have just said they can, so double checking with you)

You might have to click one of the options there to download it since it says you own it. Can you screenshot it for me?

i restarted my PS5 again and checked the store, now i have to buy some (not all) DLCs again but not for the full price tho, only 0,25€ each DLC but no idea why i should need to pay again when it worked just fine before the update.

@Ruma just want to double check everything with you - did you have to do this when you upgraded from PS4 to PS5 and is there any other options showing for you?

No other options and i didnt had to do that when i upgraded to PS5.
Also for some DLCs like the Saw Chapter for example i still have to pay full price again and i also noticed that i didnt lost all DLCs.
It seems like i still have the Twins for example, which i also bought on PS4 since i didnt had a PS5 back then.

This has also happened to me, I recently upgraded to PS5 and already had an issue which support are looking at where my DLCs which were included with base game didn’t move over, but everything else I bought separately was fine. Now I’ve updated the Saw chapter and Halloween chapter content has been removed which I paid separately for in the PS store. What can I do?!

The Twins chapter came with the PS5 version IIRC.

But when I access the PS4 version of the game on my PS5 everything is there. This is so weird. I wanna play PS5 :(

All of mine have gone too. I’m also on PS5. I hope this doesn’t reset any of my in game data because I had every survivor P3 L50. 😭

@MandyTalk @Ruma okay i just went into the ps store and had to add saw and Halloween chapters back to my library and they seem to have come back again now. Maybe this update somehow knocked them off? Hopefully this works for everyone else :)

Same thing happened to me. Also on PS5.
I just re-added the chapters to my library to restore them.
How does something like this even happen in the first place?

@Bangarang your prgrsss should still be there, try adding them to your library again from the store. I have an issue where my ST DLC didn’t move over because it was included in my base game but when I go to buy them in the store they are all wearing the charms I left on them 😂

I solved the issue for me now, seems like it was a PSN issue. Thanks for all the help and tipps here.

I didn’t buy the Stranger Things chapter though. I bought the characters separately from the store. So I can’t add them to my library again. 🥲

I lost (almost) every character I bought with Auric Cells (meaning I can't restore them from the playstation store, since I didn't buy them there).
I'm on PS5.
The characters lost are ghostface, pig, myers, freddy, bubba.
I kept Pyramid Head and Demo for some reason.
EDIT: false alarm... I was super sure I bought them with Auric Cells, instead I actually bought them from the store, so yeah, I was able to get them back. Phew.

I went to the PS Store and just clicked Add to Library. Make sure you select the PS5 version of the DLC and it should be free. All of them showed up as free for me.

I bought them with auric cells. I have only the killer = it's not the DLC of the playstation store.

I was wondering why my plague was missing. She was the only character I purchased the full chapter with. All the others I bought with auric cells were not affected.
