Let's post about our best moments since Winter Solstice started

I'll start it off;
First lobby, first game I would play as Survivor, first day of the event. Got my Ace with a hybrid build, mixed between item hunting and self-preservation - Ace in the Hole 3 and Plunderer's 2, with Dead Hard 2 and Spine Chill 3. Don't have too many perks or levels on Ace so it's the best I could do. I would generally ask people to throw out coins so I can dig up some items for 'em.
Nea in my lobby told us that she was going to disconnect if she got another swamp map, as it would have been the sixth time in a row she got the swamp.
The moment I read 'Pale Rose' when the trial loaded in was the moment that I heard the 'BUNG' of someone who left the trial.
It was also the very moment that I realised I should have thrown out my Prenn map offering since I didn't have anything else worth throwing out, just so she wouldn't disconnect and have us down one man.

Anybody else had some funny, awesome, or anything of the sort experiences since the event started?

    In the first game, I have been face camped by a leatherface and honestly I don't know what I have done.

    Then, a nurse camped the ######### out of one person ant the other 3 genrushed her. All 3 of us escaped, the guy that was getting camped got 1.5k points.

    I think I am done with the game for today o_O

    I have Dwight, Meg, David, Laurie, and Claudette all p3. My days of prestiging survivors and putting every perk on them are done. I have all the killer perks i want unlocked and they are on the killers i use. The grind is too much. The cosmetics are better anyway i rarely use my p3 skins.

    Getting the Evil Incarnate achievement on Michael Myers. Toughest trophy I've had to get for this game so far.

    Survived 9 out of 10 games. Played the legion, killed 3, let one escape thru the hatch. Enjoyed the bells in the lobby for a couple of hours.

    Just got a key on game map with my "restock items" perk build on P3 Laurie who I use as a BP mule for others. This game literally just ended and I cackled for 5 minutes. Other survivors were potatoes all game while I kited the Legion player for about 75% of the match while the other 25% of the time he chased other people and they were downed in about 10 seconds. Down to 1 gen and 1 dead with 2 on last hook with me never being downed. Pallets are running low and he finally gets me down in front of someone else healing. He decides to take them, other survivor gets last gen. He comes back to me and downstairs hooks were used for other 2. I struggle free and go to meat chute room and drop down and he's on my neck. Hatch was at the bottom of chute. Clicked as I landed.

    I had a match that wasn't against Legion. That was nice... I'd love more of that.

    Would play killer but my internet has been shitting itself for the past couple of days.

    Getting Deranged Pursuit! Thanks and sorry to the Jeff meme squad who "helped".
    Oh and the team of "toxic" neas who I managed to catch at the last second of a lobby switch and changed to my Toxic Doctor with The Game offering... Justice done.

    I always laugh when it's either a P3 or legacy Nurse that camps at 5 gens and it's even more funny when it's a 4-5 blink nurse. Then post game they complain about being gen rushed.

    1st game for me was against a really good Legion on Yamaoka Estates they ran NC/M&A with ultra rare and very rare, not for the mend but to sneak up on heals. They 4k'd us by playing really well.

    Really I got that on my first attempt lol cheeky nu6ggerz stuck me oj the game one of the worst Michel maps and it was all last second with a few slug games to power up from the heals killed the obsession at least gen which since I had to active slowed them down enough for me to find a hiding Dwight round the corner and liked him slugged somone at the gate killer the one opening it and then picked up took all the way to a corner close doing for me to get to and see the directon the kate would take chased her and caught in the gates

    Well Bubba you expect to do it especially if the 1st hook is a basement one, it's like a big red flashing light goes off and says stay away.

    There is a real correlation between being bad at the game and camping that is for sure. If it is a nurse doing that, it is almost certain.

    Campers don't usually trust their chase skills. Usually what should happen in a game should be this. Find a survivor, chase him and down him within a reasonable time, let one of the survivors to rescue him while you chase another survivor.

    1 in chase, 1 on the hook, 1 trying rescue someone, only 1 left for the gens. If you manage to get your second down until they rescued the survivor and healed them, you almost stop the game for survivors and start to snowball.

    IF you play killers like leatherface, wraith, pig etc. I can understand that but if you are a nurse who is the best chaser in the game and have to camp one guy, I can only be sad for you.

    My first match, we had a trapper and I got stuck in a trap near the basement.
    My next one was normal, though.

    Getting stuck in a trap near the basement is the worst since it's basement hook for you usually and yes the presents are really cool.

    Got two RBT kills in one game.  The second trap-snap was on someone who let themself be downed by me when they accepted that they didn't have enough time to search the last box.  I initially left them there to die, but later on the last standing Survivor decided to heal that person to my surprise.  Several seconds later..."Game Over".

    Had 2 games so far (not a ton of time to play), one as trapper doing ritual (got that done to my surprise), and one as min trying to do the bugged 180 seconds coop challenge. Didn't get the 180 second dealie done, though.
    In both cases survivors that weren't me were practically suicidal.

    Ok this is the best moment since the patch, I get a game on Clowns map as Spirit and it takes me about 20 seconds to down the first survivor. I then INJURE one and chase one who thought that I couldn't see her behind the gen. I did not down her and started phasing to bait her into thinking I was going after her when actually I was going for the 1st guy I injured for the down using a Nurses Calling. And here's the funny bit ^^. I down her with a certain jumpscare and I go across the Pallet Gym and swing through the pallet to down this guy. I'm now in an amazing spot with this Feng left to be found. She's injured since the start of the game btw. I then see her, bait my phase and down her. Most ez 4k ever 3 got hooked ^^. I use Stridor and I couldn't find the last guy on the ground when I heard him though, anyone got advice for tracking them? But yeah the game was done in 3 minutes. Shows how shocking some survivors are lol.

    Can someone give me some advice on finding slugs since I could hear her but could not see her.

    Got another double trap snap. This time, the second RBT kill happened while the second to last Survivor crossed the gate to give their teammate a chance at the Hatch.  Sadly, it did not seem like they found it in time. ;)

    EDIT: More 2-trap snaps.  I'm not sure, but I think someone may have DC'd in an attempt to help a comrade with an RBT find the Hatch, but there was still someone else in the trial with an RBT.  Neither made it out alive.

    Had a fun match as Spirit.  Running:
    -Hex:Haunted Grounds
    -Hex:Devour Hope
    -Hex: Thrill of the Hunt
    -BBQ & Chili

    Was chasing a Meg as someone broke Haunted Grounds right as I swung at her, downed and hooked her, saw BBQ a Claudette trying to hide on the other side, downed her thanks to the HG and hooked her.  I gave a small patrol and heard breathing, spotted a sneaky Jeff trying to blend in plain sight in a corner...downed him and used my Ivory Mori on him (R.I.P. Jesus Jeff) right before the Hooked Survivor.

    A Survivor went to rush the Hook after I moved away a bit, Spirited back and grabbed her off the unhooking, hooked and had her Sacrificed, which then the remaining Survivor boldly (silly) tried to unhook while I was coming back.  Moved back and saw her rushing to the Hook and grabbed her off thr unhooking but she still got the unhook, so I was laughing at the literal trade & the back to back grabs.  Chased after the Claudette, who instead of trying to lose me, threw a pallet down, which I went to mindgame buuuuut she bumrushed to get the unhook downed the unhooked and chased after the Claudette for a nice 4k match xP

    I play killer and what i got so far is a whole bunch of firecrackers thrown in my face, some of them make me drop people. I have gotten zero extra points from the event, even though just about every hook has lights. I am kinda new killer rank 7 atm so i am not sure if the even is for killers - i guess not then ? just get stuff thrown at me ?

    this event sux thank you - (not like Halloween event was awesome)

    oh yeah the patch hurts my ears - the music is too loud and i cant hear stuff i used to be able to hear. today i grounded a girl she, was last out, i was busy chasing the others out- they left her- but she almost - i mean almost crawled all the way the other side of the map before i found her by sight at 5 ft to the exit line after 4.5 minutes of looking. The Whispers perk was active, but the open gate music was just so loud that its wasn't very useful. if i turned the volume down i would still hear just music blasting.

    Christmas sux Halloween was better (when i started playing)

    are killer supposed to get points at match end from the event?

    ooo you must be pretty slammed at some nurse killer for ownage. nurse are like the slowest killers in this game. the stupid noise she makes sounds like claudette to me wrapping a bandage. i have no idea how people use nurse at all. must take days to learn.

    some games really good teams come in force and trash the hook with extreme prejudice- they can unhook any camp job tight - so if killers camp just do all the gens and teach em good or get good teamamtes and learn to save and snatch.

    PS quit complaining so much you survivors sound like women without a store

    Let's see here..
    First game I got as survivor was a survivor and killer friend duo who farmed everyone else.
    Second game was an extremely nice game against a myers.
    Third game was everyone dying on first hook because people were too afraid to go for saves, against a Legion who didn't camp..

    And playing Spirit sucks now because of the sound changes making hearing footsteps borderline impossible.. siiigh

    To be honest? It’s just been average games for me. I had a killer and survivor duo at one point, was farmed to death, but aside from that? Nothing much. Though I did save one guy with the firecrackers, which felt very nice.

    Def risky, but being Spirit makes some peeps wary of trying to cleanse totems in case of Haunted Ground, which can let my Devour Hope thrive! I know Hex Totems are situational and a risk of being a "wasted slot" but I find em such fun to use :P
