Are we not gonna talk about how bad the new pallets look?
idk why the pallets were changed but these new pallets look absolutely shocking.
lets not even mention the fact that it has the old pallet debris when you break them lmao

Are they visually taller as well? It might just be the new design, but they look taller to me too. I don’t think this changes anything functionally.

There was nothing wrong with old look of the pallets, so I don't understand why they had to change it.

I don´t really like the aspect of new pallets. BUT.... I think they are more easily recognisable and that´s quite good for looping. We all know sometimes it´s hard to distinguish some elements on DBD because of the shadows, similarity of colours, etc. So although I liked more the art of old pallet, I feel like this new model is better for gameplay.

I feel like they have changed the pallet designs multiple times in the last months? Am unjust imagining this?
i actually was okay with the looks before, current design is meh. I can live with it but it was better before.

I find them to be quite good. Then again, this game has countless issues, and the look of said pallets is not a concern in the slightest to me, nor should it be to anyone. They could have the shape of a giant toothbrush, for all I care. As long as they do what they are supposed to do as intended, I'm ok with them.

Pretty much every move BHVR is making has made the maps less and less immersive. The old pallets looked brittle and dirty, how they should. The new pallets look fresh outta the horrible Gideon rework.

They are a little harder to spot as the killer, meaning a few more stuns. I think this is a good thing.

I've seen real pallets in every color imaginable. I've worked in donations so we used them alot.

Yup they are way to bright which make some maps looks very awkward. For example the dark green Autoheaven with those very bright yellow pallets, like bruh. I get it that this change is made for new ppl that have problems to see pallets in the lower ranks but come on.
Atleast give us the option which pallet models we want to see.

They pop out way more distinctive in the environment now. Especially for new players that might be helpful.
