HELP! PS5 no dlc how do I get it back?!
So I guess this is a problem with other people as I've read and I've read some people say go download the add-ons but there's no place to do that and I've also tried deleting the game and reinstalling it with no luck so how can I get all my characters back?! Please hel!

You should still have them, sign into PlayStation.com and select My PlayStation and then Game Library. Open the Playstation App and select Game Library and then Purchased
That's where these are usually located, bit hard to find, but they should be there, in your library.

Just go into ps store and search dead by daylight, each add-on needs to be “purchased” again but they are free.

I've went and looked at that it just says they're all purchased and I can't repurchase any of it.

Go home then move on to the app DbD, go all the way down until you see the list of add-ons once you've done that click on one of them and then click on add to library. That should be able to bring back all your purchased DLC's

I had this issue last night. I was able to get all the DLCs again except for Nightmare on Elm Street. Is there anything I can do or will I just have to pay for it again?

when you go to the add on page of freddy, try to click on the 3 dots next to the "add to library" button (or whatever it is called). If you bought the dlc from the store and the "add to library" button is greyed out, you could be able to choose the "ps5 version" of the dlc. once you choose that one, add it to the library / download it
EDIT: also remember that when you do this the game should be closed / restarted afterwards
