Help for those who lost purchased killers/survivors. Please keep this where others can see it.
On Playstation
All you need to do is go to the store page and click add to library. If it only shows buy, click that and a Dropbox should appear with two choices, buy or add to library. Your characters should then appear as bought in game again.
Steam - I found this posted but cannot confirm it works.
After loading into the game if you click on a character you own but currently locked and proceed to buy it through which brings up steam ingame purchase option then back out, all my characters returned
Please offer solutions for other platforms and I shall edit my post with the information to help others. Even better, mods pin it until the problem is resolved.
Please try to keep this post on the first page of discussions to help everyone with this problem.

I know it's against the forum rules to bump your own post but people need this information until the issue is fixed. It needs to stay in view, not lost in a sea of 'lost killer/survivor' posts and knocked so far down no-one notices it.
This is the only time I'm doing it though so I don't get banned so it's up to the community to make sure everyone knows the solution.

Oni's club is very big

I lost my Oni. Paid for it with Iridescent shards, so I have no idea how to get him back.

I am guessing if you bought him with shards you would have to go through the devs support system.

That's what a mod suggested in my thread.
I remember filing a report years ago only to be ignored, so I figure that's a dead end route.
I even called their office in Quebec and asked for help. The secretary hung up on me after being rather rude with me.

Just keep hounding their customer support about a response to your ticket if it's been a while.
You should also complain about the attitude of the person you spoke of too. Not saying it will do anything but a formal complaint never hurts if needed.

There are still complaints about missing dlc so I'm bumping again. Sorry mods but I have good intentions.
