What kind of issues takes over 418 days (it was announced July 17, 2020) to resolve? Get a better legal or arbitration team and resolve the issues like it is not that hard

we don’t know what kind of issues there were or still are. Stuff like that can be that hard.
the only actual problem is they should never have confirmed dates/release windows that they couldn’t hold.
