URGENT HELP

I have logged in today to find that my Laurie and The Shape are back in the store but its still saying I have the skins.
They are both unplayable and had multiple prestige on each with lots of perks add ons etc...
Is there any way to fix this or do I have to spend money again and grind all over again, which would be super unfair and frankly really scummy when this happened randomly overnight. I've heard for months now complaints of bugs but this is actually a bug that's (lets face it) gonna cost me time and money!

Followed the steps, since I purchsed the DLC when I was on PS4 I cannot redownload it to my PS5.
Well done Behaviour. You did it, I'm officially jaded. I've stuck up through bugs since they don't effect my wallet.

Wait- if you digitally purchase something on a PS4 you can't redownload it on a PS5? Or is it just because it's a DLC?

I know this is frustrating, but if the potential doesn't work for you, they're working on fixing it. Please be patient until then, I understand how upsetting this is, but the team is working on a fix for the situation.

Its what has happened to me, issues with links between systems isn't just limited to DBD. I've had to sort all sorts
