Will we be able to buy the ugly sweaters, Santa Clown after the wintery stuff is over?

EDIT: Oh and will new characters also receive ugly sweaters :3 ?

    Edit: Nevermind, the most important question is...WHY DID THEY REMOVE THE SNOWMAN FROM LAST YEARS WINTER SOLSTICE!!!! Why did BHVR take him away from us sniffs :cry:
