Was using cenobite to try and go for punch drunk but wasn't working is there a particular perk u have to use?

Well, as far as I am aware, he doesn't make anyone oblivious unless the survivor picking up the box counts. So ideally you would use Hex: Plaything. But any perks that inflict oblivious should work.

His perk makes hooked guys oblivious

I think the achievement is bugged so you can't get it. If you could, playing Freddy would be the easiest way since he automatically inflicts oblivious.

They posted it on the patch notes as a known issue so expect a fix with the 5.2.1 hotfix or the 5.2.2 midchapter
