Rank 1 Cheating Players?
How often is it to see Rank 1 Killers using obvious cheats?
I've been plagued all day by some player known as "Tonight We F###", and they're really ruining my games. They've played as both survivor and killer and basically I see their character glitching all over the map, instantly finishing gens, and instantly opening gates--as survivor. Then as killer is basically being able to see everyones aura 24/7, being able to spam their basic attack--like literally I saw him hit me on hook 10times within a second--and also just teleporting all over the map. I've encountered him multiple times and know everyone else in game with me reported him, but its been several hours of gameplay and hes still in here, just... kinda making the game crappy.
How often are cheaters anyway in this game? I've heard there are the obvious cheaters, like this one, and then the more subtle stuff like having an extra % of speed during sprint burst or being able to fast vault no matter what angle you approach a window.

Unfortunately if you don’t have video evidence he won’t get punished, you’ll have to record him doing that to get bhvr to do something

Low cheaters since I only seen like 3-5 cheaters out of my 1600+ hours with the game and I'm playing on Asia. One of them I noticed that the speed was increased slightly.
Never seen a killer cheating though.

i do have video but they dont exactly let you attach a video at the post-game screen. i got 2 diff games video'd of him cheating

it was so blatantly obvious which is why i was so shock that he was rank 1 killer. like he was literally blinking all over the map as blight--like he'd literally just BLIP be in a new spot, and I KNOW it wasn't lag or anything. even when he was carrying me we went half way across the map from killer shack to a door where a hook was. and then proceeds to just hit me 10 times within a single second. like i cant even spam my auto attack in Smash Bros that fast

Upload it as private video on youtube, than file a report with the link on their report page.

thanks, ill do that. i cant believe behavior wont even listen unless theres video. like even if theres like 10 reports within 30 min to a player like nothing happens? i know so many other games taht just getting reported enough times for the same thing within X amount of time results in a temporary ban

If BHVR automatically implemented any type of automatic ban, there'd never be any killer players. People report others for everything, much of which isn't bannable. You'll get four survivors all reporting a killer for tunneling or accusing him of wall-hacks because they don't know what add-ons do.
Any time you report a user, you have to do it in-game and file a support ticket with video evidence (a link to an unlisted YouTube upload).

i get banning can be abused but there isnt a ban for tunneling, its just something some killers to its a game tactic. but game-breaking things like cheats should at least put the player on a hiatus. i get not everyone is familiar with all add ons and perks but litearlly no one would think what this guy was doing was a perk or ad on

Video evidence is needed because otherwise you just get all 4 people to report someone because they didn't like the way the killer played for example. It takes 3-4 minutes total to report a cheater - well worth it if you consider how much they can ruin your match and others.
