Yet another SBMM post. This entire thing has made me realize that I am not as good at this game as I thought I was. Anyone else keep getting put up against survivors who are gods or just me? Man they might not even be gods and maybe I just belong on the bottom after 3000 hours 😂

    I always knew I wasn't as good as I thought I was, heck I got beaten a lot pre-SBMM but was all in good fun (for the most part, there is lots of trolling and abuse).

    Yeah I've racked up 600 hours in game which was previously enough for me to go toe to toe with red ranks and SWF and still come out on top often enough to feel good about it.

    But so far the SBMM doesn't seem to reflect that because I'm yet to meet the potatoes who make victory possible without resorting to hard camping, tunneling and NOED to get even a 2K.

    It feels like every match is aganist a highly coordinated death squad, which I'm sure isn't the case but that's how it feels.

    1 hook every match for the last 5-10 that I didn't hard camp for the 2k is not what I'm used to game wise. Even on the worst evenings.

    IF the system works correctly it should pair you with lower players after losing for a while. At least i hope it does work like that. Since we don't know the parameters it's hard to say what we can do to get lower ratings, but i guess losing hard should work (not just in terms of kills/ escapes but also in terms of general gameplay). I deliberately give people hatch every game because i don't want my rating to skyrocket. And it's also a nice gesture which makes the community a little bit more friendly.
