You can report these as bugs here but make sure a report doesn’t exist already on the same issue, if it exists you can upvote it and add further info eg screenshots:

May not be entirely untrue. But even on my crappy laptop I never saw this until the Nemesis update. It's not common, but it has happened a handful of times on a variety of killers and survivors. Round starts normal then just completely breaks.

Yeahhh... I think that's just you. The game looks fine for me, even on the lowest settings (I'm on a GTX 1050 Ti).
