My grade reset to the bottom but I got no reward
My game crashed all of a sudden and when I reload I am Ash IV and is is not even the 13th yet

I didn't get my reward either, I reset for a better daily. Probably should have checked if the page wanted me to claim it or something...

i just finish a match, and my game crashed
just a second before the game close itself i was able to notice my rank was reseted
i open the game again, and there was no reward :/
also, i lost my offering/points from that match :((((

Yup, just happened to me on Nintendo Switch. The game crashed at the end of my killer match. I loaded it back up, and survivor is at Ash IV even though it was Silver before the crash.

Same; finished a killer match as GF, but before i could read the end match details the game crashed to desktop.
After loading it back up I had dropped from Iri 1 as Killer/Survivor to Ash 4 on both.

Yep, crashed and was Grade red III and now Ash IV. Just lost a buttload of bloodpoints for the grade reset tomorrow.
Just rebooted and my Legendary Survivor rank achievement is is 2/85 ........ wow. It literally reset everything.

Same here I got the last hook on the survivor game dcs I reboot it I’m ash 4 with no reward screen but I still got the bloodpoints from the game I played no 250k.

Same here, game crashed while i was in a match. Zero BP for rank reset. As always behavior knocks it out of the park.

Got to red 2 last night, logged off. Woke up this morning got my bp got de-ranked to grey whatever played a game had no issues.
Pc/steam.
Were you guys playing when the reset happened?
If so i think the devs should take the servers down for reset when it's due to happen.

Sadly since it's Sunday we probably won't get a response on the issue til tomorrow. Even if a mod was around they would have to get in contact with someone at bhvr who likely isn't working today.

Knowing behavior they will give everyone 500k including the people it didn't happen to so we will still be out 500k.

I'm on PC. Despite restarting after some time i still didn't get any rewards.
Whats really mindblowing to me though is how they managed to make everyone's game crash lmao.

It seems to have happened to people who were playing when the reset happened.
They probably need to take the servers down for an hour when reset happens to ensure this doesn't repeat.

I didn't know we got rewards already? I thought rewards was once we all have been reset to ash 4 we are rewarded for how far we climb. So rewards now seems weird to me.
