Pinhead with Nurses calling - what do you think?
I've gotten some nice downs using Nurses Calling with pinhead, and unfortunately some DCs . Is that toxic?? I just think its a great perk for Pinhead and awesome strategy. You can catch them through the wall, then they panic and run in a random direction (usually towards you).
Anybody else tried this combo?

ill try it and get back to u. you cant be toxic with perk choice, toxicity is like hitting on the hook and leaving them to bleed out.

No, you can hit them on hook politely. Not inherently toxic at all.

While pinhead could interupt healing with his power, I can't imagine many survivors are going to heal in his terror radius in the first place. Maybe if you have plaything to give survivors undetectable you might catch a few survivors off guard.
I personally find nurses to be a lot less useful against good survivor teams.

Thats true, but even good survivor teams get impatient with healing and wanna get them gens done. Some are healing behind my back, and even stop for microseconds during chases to heal. Once you move closer and they become "inside" you terror radius. They tends to carry on healing.
