Unless you mean le 3 double eye perks for killer (not sure if they're the only three).

I don't know about Survivor Side (maybe reserved for a Boon Totem Perk) but I could see a 5th slot being reserved for a Hex Perk for Killers, that way they can make a proper build, then pick a Hex Perk to run. Then, if it gets broken, the Killer didn't really lose much.

A 6th totem would have to be added to the map due to max hex totem count if someone runs Haunted.
Well tbh killers would still ruin as many slowdown perks as possible, so you’d probably still get:
Ruin, Undying, Corrupt, BBQ and now throw in Pop for good measure. Or swap out Ruin/Undying for Pop, plus Sloppy/Thanat or some gimmicky perks like Shadowborn.

Survs would be able to run DH BT prove WGLF and DS or Iron Will (what I’d do tbh)
Killers would either be running QOL perks like Shadowborn or another slowdown like undying or corrupt (for example my build would be Ruin Infectious Corrupt Tinkerer and BBQ (for da points)

I've always said killers/survivors should have one inherent perk unique to them that others cannot have. Bill with Unbreakable. Meg Adrenaline. etc etc etc etc

I could actually run Lightborn full time without needing to constantly change it.
As survivor? No longer must I choose between borrowed and Slippery.

Probably reduce the variety of builds, since many consider only a few viable. So the game would probably be even more predictable.

a 5th perk for killers should not be forced to be a Hex, no Solo hex besides from Haunted grounds is worth, so either there would be an increase in haunted grounds usage and people claim for the nerfs or nobody cleanses totems because they're afraid of Haunted Grounds which would mean every other Hex perk would be nerfed to even more uselessness so that survivors can keep cleansing totems.

For survivors, I feel like Borrowed Time is mandatory and even though I resent having to take it, whenever anyone doesn't have it and unhooks me, it invariably results in me being tunnelled. Though I think there's also a strong argument for something like Bond - something that puts Solo Q closer on par with SWF would be nice.
For killers, since nearly every killer has BBQ might as well pick that.

3 slowdown perks and 2 comfort perks, 4 slowdown perks and a comfort perk or 5 slowdown perks.
Corrupt, Ruin, Undying, Tinkerer and Pop will probably be the build you'd see the most.
