Intentional Long Queues?
Does anybody else notice the longer queues since SBMM has been released? All of my queues on every killer except the trickster have been 2-3 times longer than they usually are. Does anybody else experience this or is this just me?

it has been found out recently that there are almost 10 times more killers in queue than survivors, not an official source, but very trustable

It is better around midnight, Eastern time. These day time queues? I ain't want no smoke, cuh. Survivor in the day, killer by night. This is the lifestyle we must abide by if we vaguely care about our free time.

I don't mean to undermine anyone but no, my queues have been just as good if not faster than before the SBMM rollout (which, in all fairness, were also quite fast).
My experience has always been that from basically sunrise to sunset survivor queues are super fast (sometimes literally almost instant, I'd say an average of ten to twenty seconds at most) while killer queues are longer at a minute or so. Then, at night, this switches over to the reverse. For me the pattern has remained entirely constant, the only difference being that sometimes I used to have to wait a lot longer if I played during "the other side's time".

5 AM to 8 pm is survivor prime time. The night belongs to the killers. US Central Time.

Its not that we have 10 times more killer in queue its we have 10 times more killer in queue for high MMR its not the same. The amount of killer is the same it just the killer are better than survivor so they try to give those killer survivor that are around their skill level so that why the good killer wait

Killer queues have been long in the days after the new killer got released. But now they are getting shorter. Went down from 3 minutes to less than 1 minute for me.
Nah, he´s not a trustable source. He said himself, that he is speculating.

I think they've been long because a lot of people are playing pinhead. But in the future they'll probably go back to what they normally were before the chapter.

I’m sure if we want to extrapolate the reason for why it could be boiled down to their being more killers at a higher mmr queueing than survivors.
