How about double bloodpoints for everyone if at least one survivor runs NM, and allow it to stack as well, if more people run NM? Would make for some fun and non-sweaty SWFs.

It also makes you permanently injured (bad), doesn't fully muffle sounds of pain (bad), alerts the killer you're using it so they never slug you (bad) and gives the killer a permanent thanatophobia stack if they have the perk (bad)

@GoodBoyKaru I don't think you understand how strong lack of blood is or how much pressure the simple fact that you can't be slugged applies. Pair it with ds and iron will and it's the easiest win ever. Maybe Spine Chill for extra safety.
This perk is already overloaded and does not need buffs. Want points? Use WGLFE, another perk which after buff is broken.

Please tell me you're not trying to tell me one of the worst perks in the game, which provides a permanent detrament to your team, is one of the best? Yes you get those benefits but having one extra Health state is better than all of those benefits combined because of how much more time it brings your team to survive when you're in a chase.

If you don't know how to use any of the generic loop structures, run everywhere leaving scratchmarks and can't last more than 5 seconds in chase then yes - it is not a good perk.
If you play using brain though it is actually one of the better perks, because good killer rely on sounds as much as on visual queues (In jungle gyms and indoor maps even more) and so they have to track blood. No sounds and blood? You are invisible to Nurse and Spirit.
So yeah, you can't expect this perk to be buffed :).
Edit: Also noone prohibits you from using any of the items or exhaustion perks so yeah, stop crying.

The only real reason to run No Mither in its current state is to buff This Is Not Happening and for fun. I like running it when I get a bunch of teams in a row that don't heal each other, so it eliminates healing from the equation altogether.
But Oni and Thanatophobia counter the perk for no good reason and with the amount of camping and tunneling, it eliminates every benefit of the perk. It's a very weak perk that's easily overpowered. Modifying the broken state and adding a point multiplier would be great for No Mither and it's not something that would break the game in any capacity.

No Mither only silences you up to 50%. It still leaves you very vulnerable unless you pair it with Iron Will.

@Apollos Plague counters EVERY healing perk or item, yet We'll make it or WGLFE are still higher tier perks. Instadown killers counter Dead Hard yet it's still top tier perk. That is really poor argument, pointing at one of 25 killers and one of 100 perks in game and saying that they counter this one specific perk so it's not valid... This is simply not smart reasoning.

Or, instead of being one hit permanently, you have two health states each time, can be completely silent (Iron Will), can pick yourself up normally (Unbreakable), Adrenaline works on you, Dead Hard is still a perk you can utilise, Lucky Break is there too just in case you want something spicier too.
And you still make sound. So terribly sorry to remind you but it doesn't make you silent, and you can still be affected by Stridor. So no Spirit counter there, neither with Nurse.
No Mither is still a garbage perk and everything it does another perk does better without the caveat of you being injured.
And me? Crying? Darling you're the one calling one of the worst survivor perks in the game overpowered, if ever there was a case of pot kettle black then you're at the top of that list.
It may be a good perk vs brand new killers but people who know how to use their eyeballs, or eardrums (since again you aren't silent and 50% volume is still very easy to hear; trust me I've faced enough No Mither's in my time to know) will kill you in... Oh I don't know, 4 minutes if you're actually doing something for your team?
I'm sure it's a wonderful perk for meme sabo squads or the baby David crouching in the corner of the map doing nothing though, so keep going 🥳🥳 you'll get there soon enough

No Mither causes a permanent buff to Thanatophobia as long as the player running it is in the match. It also makes it very difficult to escape from Oni. It's not the same as getting hooked first while running Deliverance or dying before Left Behind activates. It's not just a dead slot, but something that will actively hurt the player to the killer's advantage the entire match.
It's not 4D chess or some bs where leaving no blood pools is worth that great of a risk.

I love no mither. I like to run it with soul guard and ub for faster get up and its kinda like having a health state ... kinda :(

Why should I use no mither when I can be injured without it?
Free unb is worthless when they know you have it. Grunts? I use iw. Blood? It could be nice if there was none at all but that is not enough for me to use a perk slot on no mither.
