Important Question
What is the point of making discussions saying for example "CHANGE MMR" "NERF THIS GUY AND NERF THIS KILLER" Like is the developers even reading any of this like do they care and will they notice these discussions :/

They do sometimes read some of them, replies to some of them too, and it's possible the mods send the worst bug reports to them.
I don't think it's often though that the devs pop by since they are busy working on the game, I could be wrong though.

While they may not be that active here the community moderators are and they are collecting feedback and criticism and forward those to the dev team.
there is a forum section specifically for this and plenty of threads get moved there from General Discussion to make it more accessible for the mods and easier to get an overview.

I don’t think most of the actual game developers read the forums. There are one or two who do and comment here and there, but as it’s not part of their day to day job description, if they do then they typically do it on their own time.
There are community managers that monitor the forums (and other channels) for feedback and then feed it back to the company, probably more diplomatically worded.

My job is to read them and I report back the relevant information, so yes things do get seen as I read every thread on this forum.

Thank you! And yeah I do take care of my mental health - I also don't work weekends as I work office hours so I have the weekends free, I do drop in time to time on the weekends just to make sure everything is running ok, as this forum is my responsibility. So I do get a break.

I do want people to know they are heard...whilst we might not be able to action all the feedback we receive, we do read every bit of it. I also play the game, I understand the frustrations that people feel with certain things. And I'm especially connected with our Console players right now with the difficulties that they're going through.

I don't mean to bug you nor hijack the thread, but out of curiosity - could you relay some of the ideas about facecamp countering to them? Or at least show them the thread? You don't even have to reply to me about this, I'd just like them to see it so they can give some of our ideas some thought.

Most people aren't making threads for the dev's or mods to read cause we know most of the time it doesn't happen. We make threads to talk to each other and communicate with other members of the community.
