Rancor Closing Hatch

When you close hatch you don't get the ability to kill your obsession by your hand

Rancor (unlike NOED) requires that all generators are completed prior to the Exposed status applying to the obsession - not just "the exit gates being powered".

    Rancor is "once all generators are completed" you can kill the obsession by your own hand not "once exit gates are powered." Closing the hatch only applies to perks that say "once exit gates are powered." Same how closing hatch doesn't activate pig's traps, only completing gens does.
