Is he still just a weaker version of the clown in most situations

Don’t compare him to clown compare him more to a weaker huntress. They both counter the same thing which is transitioning. He’s a stronger huntress in more ways than he is a weaker clown.

Is he still a completely inferior huntress in 95% of situations.

They maybe make up for it against baby survivors. Good survivors know how to instantly break every single chain rendering his power all but useless in most cases. Map pressure and teleportation is useless if he can’t capitalize off it.
