Some wierd palette spawn

There is/are additionel palette next to another one. I thought it was gone long time ago. This is a bug or do I miss something ?

But I never see a triple palettes spawn in my life before. Ok, there are not strong but still, this is not suppose to happend right ?

    That means that the minimum number of pallets spawned. If the minimum number is not reached, the game will force them to spawn until it is, leading to situations where multiple pallets spawn on a single tile.

    That must be a bug. 2 pallets spawning that close to each other is intended, even though its pretty unlikely. But three pallets? Yeah, most likely a bug.
