So one explain zombies to me...
I thought zombies entered the chase animation when chasing someone, and you as nemesis could use this to get a general idea of where survivors are.
So I am playing lerys, its end game, I played like crap one person down and on death hook so I slug him and down another. The 3rd survivor opens the gate furthest from me and leaves. I hook the second downed survivor and pick up the one on death hook and kill him.
So right now the board is: 1 dead, 1 escaped, 1 on hook and 1 just running around. Basically two survivors left on the map.
I am literally the furthest corner of the game from the door that was opened cause the other one was right next to me and closed. However, I see a zombie in chase mode running towards the gate... So I run all the way over their and the zombie is still running at the exit gate... but all of the sudden the person on hook gets saved.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL WHY THE ######### THE ZOMBIE WAS IN CHASE MODE WHEN ALL SURVIORS WHERE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FREAKING MAP?!?!?

My guess? The one that escaped triggered the zombie and he got stuck in chase mode.

Did you use that perk where the zombies appear in the exit gate area after all gens are done?

Never trust an AI. Especially the Bhvr ones.

Assuming you meant addon, and no. He didn't spawn there, he ran there... from a few tiles away

Yes excuse me, I meant add-on. Can't think of the title off the top of my head.
I expect the zombie was just following an escaping survivor. Probably wanted out of the fog too.

I killed him for being stupid, didn't give him the chase, but I am guessing he would ahve tried
