possible idea for a NOED rework
So what if the hex just stayed the whole game, instead of after the last gen pops? Now you might be thinking that this is supposed to be a nerf. But its real intention is to make the gameplay a lot more fun. So, put yourself in the position of a survivor playing against spirit. There aren't any signs of a hex yet, and you happen upon a hex totem. You will probably think they are a baby that's running haunted ground, so you just leave it be. Now put yourself in that same situation, but in a universe where the NOED totem is active the entire trial. It now becomes a bit more of a situation. Sure, it could just be haunted ground, or you may have also found NOED, and that's the reason why you haven't suffered the effects of any hex yet.
I feel that a change like this would make gameplay more fun for the survivor and the killer

No... Just no. Boon Totems nerfed it enough. Lets wait and see how that goes before calling for more.

And in every other situation it will be found and cleansed before it is even active. Totem spawns suck and its going to be found unless you are lucky. Noed should work more like no way out, the more individual hooks you get the stronger it becomes. Maybe giving you a different effect for each hook. Token one would be haste, two would be more haste, three would be a smaller terror radius, and four would be insta downs. The timer would last for 2 mins after the last gen pops.

that just sounds like a walmart version of devour hope

I wish I could credit the guy who had this idea, because it's brilliant. But I've always favored that instead of NOED being unlimited while the hex is in play, tie it to the number of dull totems that are in play.
Basically, every time you get a down with NOED and there's a Dull totem available, the dull totem breaks. If there are no Dull Totems available, the NOED totem self-destructs itself.
This seems like a fair compromise between keeping NOED's potency but rewarding survivors who manage to take out some of the Dull Totems.
Which makes for interesting counterplay with Boon totems now becoming a thing. Since NOED requires a Dull Totem to inhabit, it's entirely possible to block NOED from happening by creating boons (I still want to see the above change happen though)

any change to noed is a bad change.

Noed shouldn’t be a hex perk
