I would make Doctor hallucinations meaningful instead of all of them just being a variant of a tracking tool. Survivors are deceived into seeing other survivors working on a generator, a fake Doctor running at them around corners, incorrect progression on generators, fake totems, survivors going down when they aren't.
If a survivor has gone mad they should feel like they've gone mad.

They buff doctor? He is almost fine in my opinion. Like YOURFRIEND said, the yellow shock detonation addon as base kit is all he really needs.

the only thing i would like Doc to get in his current state would be to hahve the change reverted that allows people to snap back into tier 1 madness.
that one was just a huge shadownerf to his previously best add on series (the restrained series) and i really dont like it.
also, while we're at it, reintroduce the longer charging time for electrodes. i hate how the current ones dont come with a downside whatsoever, especially since they make his shock therapy super easy to hit. i always felt like that was a fair downside to have.

He's going to summon lightening from the sky and instantly kill any survivor in its blast range.

Most of my feedback never gets traction and gets ignored yet most of it inevitably is what they go for.
Fun fact - The Any Means Necessary change was the exact same idea I had when it originally hit the PTB. As are quite a few of these changes.
I'm pretty hyped about the AMN change but at the same time I'm just like this could have been like this since it launched.
I'm just happy BHVR is doing stuff like this upcoming update. It's potentially going to be one of the best update in years.

Doctor isn't listed amongst the killers that will receive addon changes with this patch.
And as someone who plays him regularly, he's quite fine. The only addons that would need changing are the tapes.

I'm all for this. It will actually bring a psychological horror aspect to the game which would really suit the doctor.

Look at new Windows which will make every survivors looping much easier, and built to last..bone totems etc. All killers will need buffs to balance it.

It would be cool if T3 caused gen sounds to reverse (unworked gens sound complete and vice versa) or hear injured survivor sounds randomly at close ranges

Windows won't really matter to veterans. Built To Last is offset by the time spent replenishing items. Boon Totems is too early to say, but I do have concerns.

Honestly doctor is the only killer in the game that doesn't need major buffs in my opinion
Make his shock range better maybe do better detonation delay and he's fine

Maybe they can decrease action speeds while they’re staring at you? Could be very RNG based but there’s probably a way to avoid that.

Honestly that alone sounds like a really cool feature or even addon. Would give a reason to try and destroy or get rid of them. Honestly that alone could probably be some sort of new killer power but on its own maybe would need something.

Doc got a complete rework within the last year or so, not sure if they'll prioritise him for changes.

At minimum, removal of the weird add-ons he has. Like turning your shock into a ring and crap.

Tho you gotta be careful, sensory overload is a real thing. Especially in video games.
