Pyramid Head Bugged?
Whats wrong with him? His animations are completely bugged, you start challening the power and has a delay for the sword to reach the ground, but still able to use the special attack before that... Cooldowns after special attacks also seem different.

It was a year ago. I think Pyramid head is currently bugged in that the sound of his knife hitting the ground is delayed. His attack still should come out at the same speed.

There’s definitely something going on, I’ve noticed this as well. I think it started when Pinhead dropped, but it might be older.
@GoodBoyKaru, you (used to?) play Pyramid Head a lot, can you confirm this as well?

Yes, there is. As of the most recent patch I've played him on (5.2.1- there was no note of a Bugfix in the patch notes so I'm assuming it wasn't patched) there is a desync between his animations and sound queues. Trust in the animations more than the sounds, as they are the accurate ones.
His base mechanics have not been impacted in any way, only the visuals and audio have gotten a divorce.
