As far as I'm aware Counterforce hasn't been changed to include Blessing so the perk still only works on Cleansing a totem.

I was more hoping to give counterforce more than as a counter to thrill

it takes longer to cleanse/bless now, but at the cost of the noise notification. if we call it a buff or a nerf, it's a nerf.
there is no reason to use it for hex defense since you won't even know when your hexes are getting attacked. meaning it is a meaningless change.

Old undying hard trump ToTH because it gave info on both Hex & Dull. Later only Dull. But now ToTH has it info on Hex removed. At least have its token removed & keep 50% slow down. +7sec per token isnt that much even if ToTH not a Hex perk. The best it can save is 35sec if you cleanse ToTH last.

Keep undying as it is.
And nerf PTB thrill of the hunt a bit on the penalty,quit the bloodpoints buff in chase and keeo the audio notification.So both perks would be strong.
