Who do you think are the most balanced Killers?

Huntress Mama

Any M1 killer that is easily loopable.

im confused by all the people saying they love playing against doc i main him and run gen hostage doctor and my games go about a few hours til everyone dc's. i guess maybe you haven't experienced that pain and suffering yet? its unnerving presence overcharge distressing and tinkerer. the games go as long as i make them go. i just force a 3 gen and run back and forth kicking the gens with overcharge til there is no progress left. although you have to overcome the urge to hit somebody in your face but for it to work you just have to ignore everybody

She can be, but so can Leatherface in the right scenario. She has two built in weaknesses which is her speed and flashlights ( or three-arguably urban evasion). If a team, even solo, knows the best time to disrupt her traps she's at a disadvantage.

Nurse and Blight. Games with these two killers are actually based on skill vs skill and not on how efficient survivors can hold M1.

Old Hillbilly was perfect. I still can't believe they nerfed him
As far as current killers go, I think Pyramid Head, Doctor, and Oni are almost perfectly balanced to be strong, fair, and offer good counterplay

Oni, Huntress, and Plague.

Blight is mechanically balanced, his addons arent. There are 2-3 addons I would change(alchemist ring being fully reworked) and then he would be amazing.
It's simply not a good mechanic for a killer to essentially miss 4 out of 5 bounces, and then get rewarded on the 5th bounce with all 5 bounces again. That survivor has been dodging and juking impossible corners quite often, and instead of being rewarded with the knowledge that it will take a bit for that blight to have all 5 charges, they now essentially get a "######### you" in the face as they have to do all the twisting and turning again, with an even shorter distance. Alchemist ring should return the charge that was used to hit, not the charges that were missed. So he starts out with 2 charges post-hit, rather than 1.

He's decent, a bit below average but he's decent. His antidote allows him to close distances, making him 10 times better than he was pre-buff, not to mention he can now reload during chases.
Clown was considered good in the past because unlike other killers, he was able to stop infinites (which are no longer a problem). After Freddy was given the ability to stop infinites however, yeah it didn't look too good for him.

Oni in my opinion is the Gold standard. I see a lot of people saying Blight, but if you go up against a really good Blight survivor skill just doesn't matter. The difference between Oni and Blight in my opinion is that Oni has to earn his power while Blight doesn't.
But at the same time I love to play Blight oh so much.

Survivor skill does matter, just most survivors aren't good enough to deal with it. I mean, they weren't good enough to deal with Slinger either... So, obviously Blight is too much for your average survivor.

This game is all about getting to points of safety, right. A window or pallet, etc. While you can waste some of Blight's time at a pallet or Window, once a few of the pallets are gone, you simply cannot get to a point of safety before Blight. And at that point skill level doesn't matter. I think the only reason that Blight can get away with it is because he's fairly hard to use. But I wouldn't say that he's balanced, because if you're versing a good Blight, even as a good survivor. If you're out positioned, you lose. Really good survivors know how to retain resources, but every pallet lost is one step closer to defeat, and being to greedy will end with a wack with a cane to the back of your head.

Have you seen basement Trapper? Yet no one is claiming he’s overpowered.
1 -
If you crouch, she'll be back to the basement by the time you unhook the person and get out, as crouching is very slow.
0 -
Nurse. It's skill vs. skill with her.
0 -
That's also the issue I have with Leatherface. I don't mind Bubba in general, he is mostly fine, but he is extremely good at camping. If you're in the basement against a Bubba, you're gonna die if he wants you to, no questions asked.

As I said, basement Trapper is not nearly as annoying since he can't place traps very close to eachother and you have to actually step on them. Hag traps have a huge trigger radius. I also hate the fact that her traps force your camera to turn, it's so annoying.
0 -
Demogorgon is the pinnacle of balanced
0 -
It takes time to go around Trapper's traps and disarm them...probably the same amount of time that crouching against a Hag would waste
1 -
More time, I'd wager, due to the small radius where you can disable it and the fear of triggering the trap by stepping in it. With Hag, it's a straight line, no interaction necessary.
0 -
You don't really need to disarm his traps when you can just go around them.
0 -
For me Oni, Demo, Nemesis, PH
Generally those killers are in a good spot who have some sort of map pressure or they can create secondary objectives.
0 -
You and your injured teammate are gonna walk into them when Trapper blocks the stairs? Kinda silly, but you do you.
0 -
What??

Legion is most balanced killer around core game mechanics. He is very good in basics. Problem is devs overtuned some perks so much, that this game is not about chasing anymore it's more like perk battle than actual chase. Also u drop chases cause of God pallet or because map is just way too big.
Just remove god pallets and infinitive loops, make maps shorter (like 80x80 or 64x64) and suddenly most killers are good again.
0 -
If you run around traps on the basement stairs, any smart Trapper is just going to bodyblock the side the trap isn't on, which will force one of you to get stuck there.
0 -
Hmmm... I suppose that is true. However, you could have a teammate sneak in and disarm that trap while he's distracted.
0 -
In my opinion The Legion is the worst Killer. He needs some serious buffs.
0 -
With current game state yes. But if u think what makes him weak, it's most time large maps and infinitive loops with god windows or pallets. On open field he can slam all 4 survivors and slowdown them efficiently. And same goes with other m1 killer. They benefit from short maps and if there is no god loop. As i mentioned, current gameplay is not about chasing, it's about infinitive looping or hold W to win cause maps are huge.
I think u didn't saw upcoming changes. Trapper now can have up to 8 traps and set up minefield around basement.

Old Billy without insta saw addons.
0 -
Well perhaps basement Trapper could be pretty toxic like basement Hag however I've never actually experienced that.
0 -
That assumes coordination or intelligent Solo Q teammates, both of which are unlikely.
0 -
That is true. I said it was possible, not that it was likely XD
0 -
Well, it's possible to 12-hook with perkless Frank's Mixtape only Legion on Haddonfield.
It sure isn't likely tho lmao

The Wraith,The Wraith not weakened
The add-on of The Wraith can really change the gameplay.
And not too powerful, because as long as the survivors know how to use windows and Pallets, The Wraith can be suppressed.
0 -
To me, that's a sign that nothing is balanced, then. :P
0 -
Plague, Blight, and huntress.
0 -
Nurse, and Spirit
0 -
You're even funnier.
0 -
They are. They perform exactly how a Killer should perform. They can appear unexpectedly, end chases quickly, and are always a the power role in the match.
You all forgotten the point of the game.
2 -
Old Billy's basekit was the perfect combo of chase and map pressure, I miss old billy
0 -
Old Billy let you do fun tricks while still being really strong
The issue isn't that he isn't weak, its the fact that Overheat removed the ability to have fun with those tricks as now you risk alot to pull off something fun, he also has the annoying bug now that messes with your fov

There is a definitve answer to that question in my opinion:
Billy, Huntress and maybe Blight without good addons.
Simple reason is that they perfectly scale with the skilllevel they are on where every other killer does not.
Look at other killers: A bad nurse for example still looses against bad survivors, while a great nurse stomps great survivors. She is only ballanced at the average level.
Or Doctor: A bad doctor stomps bad survivors and a decent doctor should be able to win against good survivors, but a great doctor will normally loose against really great survivors.

Because Clown is only good (or even overpowered) at the low to mid MMR level. On high MMR he struggles a lot.
0 -
Oni. Pyramid head. Blight. Pinhead (if he got some good buffs)
0 -
There's no Balanced killers when the core of the game is 1 sided.
0 -
Blight and Oni
Both are very strong but also have counterplay and weaknesses which can be expoited. They both require a decent amount of skill to play and are very fun for both sides.
0 -
Why do you think that?
0 -
That doesn’t make her unbalanced. She can only injure you, as her basekit does not allow for one-tapping. She’s slower than Trapper, as well.
Yes, basement Hag is powerful but so are a lot killers that no one considers overpowered: Bubba, Huntress, Trickster. All good basement killers, but not OP by general consensus.

Out of newer killers, Pinhead is pretty balanced. His power can be extremely powerful without feeling super oppressive, and he has actual interactive gameplay from the survivor side with counterplay. Overall he is a really nice killer to play and to face for me.
