If I have the Survivor expansion dlc, I already have Mikaela for free?

No, mikaela isn’t free if you have that DLC. You only get the survivors from the DLC description

Sadly, no. I guess the Survivor pass isn't the Paladins Champion Pass where you get ***All Current And All Future Champions For Free!***. It would be awesome, though!

But if you go to the DBD wiki it states that Mikaela is part of the DLC.

This is actually a pretty good question that only BHVR can answer.
My guess is that Mikaela will be added to the Survivor Expansion Pack, but not retroactively, so if you already own the pack from before you will have to spend 9.000 Iridescent Shards or 4,99€ to get her

Someone ######### up when creating her article and then someone else added the false information to the DLC article. She is not included in that DLC.

I agree that it's very unlikely based on the description of that DLC, but personally I wouldn't rule it out completely either. Then again I wasn't aware that it would be paid DLC either - if you happen to have a source for that too I would appreciate it if you could include that.

I got confirmation from one of the wiki admins that the information shouldn't be there. He then told me how to fix it (mostly, there's something else that needs to be done, but I don't know how to do it).
To explain why I didn't need to ask him, though, would require getting into the inner workings of the wiki, which would be a boring conversation for everyone.
