I know I'm sort of beating a disintegrated horse at this point, but I genuinely question if the Devs understand that people have been asking for more objectives for Survivor not Killer. I also wonder if they remember that post.

I don't agree totems are objectives, they are perks.

One reason Undying was nerfed was because it had the possibility of needing to be cleansed 5 times.
Boon totems are infinite.

That's like trying to ignore Ruin, it really isn't practical.

You can't compare ruin/undying with boon totems. Even if you can bless again and again it's a waste of time.

How can you say that?
Being able to heal yourself (and others faster) is one of the strongest things a Survivor can have access to. That's why Med-Kits (after the Key nerf) are indisputably the strongest item a Survivor can bring.
You either waste precious time trying to search for and destroy the totem or you lose the war of attrition.

If survivors can bless infinite totems now since it's an extra objective for the killer. You are wrong.

With the feedback they received I'm sure they will do something about boon totems

Legion got plenty of feedback and still shipped.
Trickster also got plenty of feedback but was still awful on release.
Twins got plenty of feedback and I don't even know if their bugs were fixed on release.

Don't forget countering all killer aura perks and free Lucky Break for the entire team on half of the map with Shadow Step.

Idk. I'm sure they will do something about it. That will be good for survivors, tho. They will go back doing only gens. Not blessings totems if it will be only one bless per match or smth like this.

Yes, Survivors will be off gens for 14 seconds to cleanse a totem, but the time and pressure they save by being able to heal and/or quickly lose chase is so much more powerful than that.

I like boon totems but I agree killers should be able to destroy blessed totems and killers shouldn't a noise notification when a boon is created

Question, do you need hexes for totems to appear on maps? No? Ok case closed.

Boon totems are pretty strong but they're not overwhelming strong and can be countered by not letting your opponents get away. A blessed totem does no good across the map from anyone

Yeah, that's easy, just don't let anyone get away, always commit. Someone is running to the main building on Cowshed? Commit! Best looper in the team? Commit! That will definitely work out.

Hex like Noed, Plaything should trump over Boon.
Survivors should turn Hex to Dull before turn Dull to Boon.
Not every Boon should have 28m range. It should be difference depends on how powerful the perk is.
