Which addon of Legion decrease the stun time (after FF)?

I never had so many issues understanding killer addons before with any other killer.
Also, are his addons stackable or not? Some people say yes and others say no.

Julie's Mixtape, Joe's Mixtape and Cold Dirt, decrease the cooldown of Feral Frenzy slightly/moderately/considerably.
Most of Legion's add-ons stacks, the ones that don't are the Iredescent Button, Fuming Mixtape, Frank's Mixtape and Stab Wounds Study.
