    Purely from an objective standpoint, it's hard to beat being more stealthy than Wraith. Complete invisibility and no terror radius are a hard combo to beat.

    he can crouch whenever he wants choose when he goes into stealth quickly can stalk around corners and wears all black

    he is the stealthiest killer

    Victor is the only one that doesn't affect spine chill and is the size of a a 3 year old. No way you can get stealthier than that
