I think Mikaela's magic is closer to neo-paganism/wicca than hag, who I think is using a more Haitian voodoo influenced magic. but, that might just be me.

But Lisa/The Hag and Mikaela could be related... like if Lisa/Hag had a brother or sister. In Lisa's Tome, they did refer to her grandmother as saying something along the lines of, "dont draw symbols you DONT understand!!!"

Skin/hair color makes it really unlikely that they are directly blood-related.
also we really have no clue where Mikaela is from? Best guess I have seen is Scotland, based on the last name.
it’s also very clearly different types of magic, Hag has voodoo going on and Mikaela wasn’t an actual witch but was a little bit spiritual, burning herbs to cleanse her Appartement and such.
