Wobbly Killer Spectator Camera?

I've been watching some of the community held tournaments, trying to pick up tips for Pyramid Head. I'm wondering what is up with the wobbly camera when hosts are spectating killers? Is it a bug or something? I find it makes the gameplay much harder to watch.

    It was because spectator mode can be pretty buggy. I remember recently watching that Nemesis would appear to always be in his idle animation when using spectator mode, so he would just be sliding around when the broadcasters spectated the survivors.
