Legion is as strong as nurse!
No not really, but thanks to shared mmr we can experience the insanely high skill that only nurse can compete at.
It's a good job I'm a basic attack killer to get downs, very likely to compete at the level of a killer who completely ignores loops...
In all seriousness, why do killers share so much MMR... do you know how many games I'd now have to lose as a weak killer like legion to get him good spot, it's not enjoyable having to lose XX games to be viable again. This shared mmr is awful when you want to do rotations

Didn't you know all killers are viable🙄.
But yeah individual killer mmr should be at least 50 percent of whatever your highest killer mmr is.

Considering in the latest q and a session they had they basically admitted mmr was pointless can we really be surprised?

Never played half of the killers and im planning to play Myers for the first time later, I cant wait considering I get really tough games as Oni atm.

Viable at casual level sure lol
But yeah I agree, I just wanna play some weaker killers and feel like I can do something but atm it feels like I just gotta tank so many loses to have a game I'm able to get a good amount of hooks and fun

Well I never played nemesis before and dear god was it horrible lol. Maybe you'll get lucky? I mean you do have insta downs but a basic attack killer... could be a rough one if you have other killers insanely high

Killers have separate MMR score.

At 200 points less than your killer main...you will get pretty much the same survivors as your main

Yeah I know I just want to echo the time a developer said trapper and clown aren't low tier you are just not playing them right🤣
2 -
No, they don't - at least not those which the game doesn't have data for yet. It places you with an average score derived from your killers that actually have data, rather than at a low baseline MMR.

Not what they said iirc. They just said Clown is underrated. Which was actually true.
5 -
Yeah lol, I mean the worst part is those killers can use their power to help down people where as poor legion cant 😂
0 -
Is he the worst? No
is his power good? Yes kinda
Is he high level? No, wastes too much time reloading especially if you try to use both bottles, I enjoy clown as I can use his ability to help down survivors but god damn he dont need to share ammo for the bottles, that one change would be massive

The reason killer MMR has to be shared is so that experienced players don't go from barely used killers to barely used killer pubstomping. If each killer had their own MMR then that's what would happen. Play them till it gets hard then switch. And same would happen for newly released killers. Experienced players would pick new killer domminate, BHVR get's innacurate Data then killer gets changed because of pubstomping on low MMR.

Does no one listen to what Scott said or is this a game of telephone?
The group that data mined this, played a brand new account. They played Spirit to max mmr 1900. They then played another fresh killer and had 1700. It was 1700 because the only other killer played was Spirit with 1900.
A brand new killer with no MMR score uses the average of all other killers with mmr scores. After establishing a mmr score for that killer it can go up or down independantly.

My Nurse is at max and my Trapper gets brand new survivors. Yes, it is how it works.
Take one of your killers and do not kill. All survivors escape for serveral matchs and see what kind of survivors start to show up in your lobbies.

" Is this a functional mmr?" "No this is patrick"

Y'know, I've had this in my huntress games for a few days now, and I'm still getting survivors who play the game extremely well. If the survivors are escaping consistently, doesn't that mean I play the killer poorly and should be getting survivors with a little less skill? Because that's not happening, interestingly enough.
We can suspect the system gives an average score, because that's how the devs said they wanted the system to work. It's supposedly built this way in order to prevent players who are very good at one killer to switch to a different killer and still dominate the match because they are familiar with the role while the survivors are fresh newborn fawns.
In practice, this doesn't really work, but the idea is laudable.

Are you killing any of them?
I'm going by my own experience. I played Trapper 4 to 8 hooking survivors and letting them go. The survivors started getting to the point where I'm babysitting. Seriously the type that run away from pallets to the edge of the map. I switch over to Nurse and get tryhards. The contrast is too much to be random and its consistent.

One person in twelve games. Most of my games as killer are usually against very good survivors--not all, and on other killers that I'm better at it doesn't matter as much, but for the killers that I struggle with, it's a pain.
My Huntress has always been fairly iffy, and it's only gotten significantly worse as time goes on. I feel like I'm not learning anything or developing any skills because the games fly by, and that's genuinely distressing.

I'm talking more than 12 games. 30-40+ games of just farming points and chillin.
It would be bad if the system swinged players from low to high to low with just a handful of games.

those are the last twelve games I played, which were as huntress--In games before that I was playing other killers. My overall performance as Huntress is fairly abysmal and I'm still getting players who are well above my skill, however.
Farming as Ghostface and Myers both resulted in very little deviance in over-all player skill (besides the occasional expected blip)--that I can confirm, having played over eighty matches while draining them of all their add-ons and offerings before prestige.

OMG for a moment i thought........THANK GOD 😅

Legion might be god like to some 😂 I have gotten complaints before mmr how OP legion is and you cant heal verse him lol

He is still Op. Look at the data and give Nurse 5 blinks buff. Poor Nurse players are underperforming 😈
