Correct me if I'm wrong, but I had a match where a Steve teleported out of sight and my game would freeze when hooking him. It stood still for like 3 seconds and then kept moving. I think this Steve was hacking because I couldn't catch up to him even with bloodlust . I Hooked him once and then I couldn't catch up with him, compared to the Bill I downed I got the Bill faster. Could this Steve have been speed hacking and trying to stall the game? Also, a gen got finished immediately as the last one even though I never heard that gen being worked on at all.
