What is your opinion on an Alien chapter?
Now that silent hill and saw are in dbd, Alien is the only horror license I personally would like to see in dbd. I just want to know the community's opinion on an Alien chapter, so please share your opinions :D
Also for sake of this thread we'll assume the killer would obviously be the alien while the survivor would be Ellen Ripley.

I don't care how great the xenomorph is, I don't wanna see another chapter of anything until they fix this damn game....
Balance issues all over the damn place, tons of bugs. I don't care if they added the Grudge tomorrow, I wouldn't buy it till I can see actual large patches that fix the game...

There isn't much, if anything, that could top an Alien chapter in my opinion.
Xenomorph and Ripley as the characters goes without question.

I'd love to play as Xeno.
The problem is. BHVR would ROYALLY screw it up. Imagine them trying to code a stealth creature that can walk on walls. Can you IMAGINE how buggy a mess she would be. Maps also would require complete reworks. She would be an absolute god on Midwich, and be probably the worst killer in the game on mothers dwelling.
I would personally love xeno in a game LIKE this. I would hate to see her in DBD, for the exact same reason as Nemesis. An amazingly cool character that is reduced to being underwhelming and not fun.

Yes! I just want the Xenomorph in the game. I'd love it if it was a stealth Killer with tons of mobility using Vents or crawling. Or maybe playing as the Queen able to send out Drones. I'd love if it was like the RE chapter or Stranger Things with 2 Survivors. We need Amanda and Ellen in the same game

It's one of the only widely loved iconic horror franchises that isn't in dbd yet. I'm not a fan of licensed chapters in this game but I'd probably ######### my pants if we got alien

At least we got Demogorgon from Stranger Things. If we at least got this, one can only hope what the future may hold.

My opinion is....I would die.... a lot.
I would spend my first 100 games against that perfect organism, getting ritually eviscerated because I would be fangirling so damn hard I'd be unable to move!

I would love it ... Double survivor with ripley and hicks i know hicks is from aliens that is more action but would still be great

Weirdly enough i could see Xenomorph using the animations of Demogorgon, even the Shred.
I don't NOT see it happen: It's a classic, it's horror, and DbD being a game with "slasher-only licenses" pretty much died once they introduced SAW.

I used to be against an Alien chapter because I figured it went against the rules of who would be taken in as a Killer to the Entity's realm. That went out the window with Demogorgon, so screw it. Let's do it.

I'm against it. While I like the Alien franchise, I'm adamantly against the Xenomorph coming to dbd.
If we ever get the Xenomorph, then naturally we'll get Predator, and I just don't feel like either of them are a good fit for dbd.

I can see the xenomorph work in Dbd but Predator don't luckily the two aren't really a pair that needs to go together. Don't get me wrong the avp stuff is great but they are separat licenses that atleast for me best work alone
