I've seen waaay too many times that a survivor decides to tbag, spam notification, in front of me cause they know that the cheater will help them.

If it was, BHVR would have banned a LOT of people by now. The fact they haven't shows they are complacent in letting other survivors team up with cheaters.

I don't know. But it's certainly awful and scummy.

Played since 2017 and i can see if something feels off. Be it just a bit faster movement speed or whatever.

When i'm 100% sure someone is cheating, i'm hunting them down. Even as surv.

When I reported a hacker the other day, I only reported the hacker, not the survivor taking advantage of it.

The non hacker was allowing the hacker to instaheal her however she was just thinking of her survival, the hacker however wanted to ruin the game. I am fairly sure it was a solo group and, although all 4 escaped, in the end only the hacker was to blame.

I'm sure bhvr would have made enough money to get a better anti cheat system and permaban steam profiles of repeated hackers.

probably not, also pretty funny DBD community is the only community I know that regularly has legit players help a blatant hacker.

How are u going to avoid working with cheater if he can heal, unhook or help u in any way even if u don't want to?

If it's something forced then it can't be helped. It kinda can by holding the sprint button which prevents other survivors from healing you but whatever. Also what about the other issue? Why do they taunt the killer? Any reason for that? Is it to avoid helping the cheater? To me it just seems like they are taking advantage of the situation.

It happens all the time in Overwatch. The Mercy knows who to pocket.

I never saw obvious cheater in my games so i can't tell you why they do it. But u can assume they are 4 man squad if they help each other.

Strangely enough I've seen the opposing team actually go out of their way not to help the hacker.

If it can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, it should be.

I've "helped a cheater" before. I had no idea they were cheating, as all I saw was someone step in a trap near me and I had a flashlight... I got the flashlight save, and the survivor immediately "self care instahealed" and then zoomed away at 30% of the speed of light or something. I did not help them anymore, but the killer still got mad at me for being with the cheater and said they reported all of us even though as far as I could tell no one was "with the cheater", they were solo. I'm sure I'm not alone in this, especially when it comes to more subtle cheaters or ones that suddenly start cheating later in the game.

But if someone has a history of playing with someone with several reports where they're pretty undeniably cheating and it's very hard to believe they weren't aware? Give them the same punishment as the cheater themselves if you ask me.
