Has anyone else been loading into matches really late?

Just over the past couple of days, I've had instances where I load into the match significantly later than everyone else, like this match here, where the killer downed me just as I finished loading in.

    Console players load later into matches.

    I've had games where the first gen gets done within 10 seconds, figured it was a loading in issue.

    I had this happen to me the other day where my match was stuck in the loading screen forever so I closed the game out. My game was running slow so idk if it was my internet or something.
