After my much needed break I decided to come back and give it another go and here's were I stand now
(1) game still not for Casual players which sucks. Cause you face sweaty players left and right and it's not fun.
(2) game is starting to feel just like rank based game which it shouldn't be.
(3) toxic as hell and is way worse.
(4) match making not fixed.
(5) and lastly as a Casual player this game gets on my nerves 😤😒 due to the sweats.
All I want is to have fun in this game but can't cause it's just a dumb pro player game.
Devs your scarying away your Casual players.
Make modes for pros and for Casuals.

I disagree with a smurf test I did, from player lvl1-10 I had nothing but sweats.
You can say that I did not do bad because I didn't but the fact that a new player can and will play against 3k+ hour players is not acceptable for casual players.
The current system should be horrible for newer or casual players since they do not have all perks unlocked.
If you lose 2 matches as survivor from the starting point you get paired up with, not to be rude but you get paired with bots so people will never get better like that.

You shouldn't expect other people to play the same way you do considering there's only one game mode.

Even in a "casual" game mode your going to get varying skill levels.
Because of that you will get at least one person thinking its sweat when its casual for everyone else.

Yes, but that is what is killing the intentions of new and casual players.
New players shouldn't play against competent players, and before you say, "but new players will lose" yup I tested that as well, I lost 4 matches on purpose right after I won my first one in that account.
Had a probably hacked account player because legacy with private profile, no hacks just that.
Then I had players with 2k hours and some 1.5k.
That is not really fair for new/casual players.
And I know I shouldn't complain because technically I was smurfing and now I don't mind since I played billy, I don't need perks other than enduring on him, but imagine how new players feel when they get players like that.

I'm not new but dang dudes I faced like 3 in a row of sweaty players all 4 rank as a rank 14 this mm sucks

Ranks are now grades, and they aren't used for matchmaking anymore. We now have a hidden mmr.
