Remove the ######### disconnect penalty, its such a joke
I wanted to play a match of huntress, first game, a modder. She was running at a loop, dodged all my hatchets and then she also had godmode. There were also some other modders because they repaired a gen and disabled my perk. I leave, but I get a penalty. For what? I didnt do anything wrong.
Its just pathetic that modders can just keep doing this but I, who wants to save my precious time, get the punishment. Like come on even Rockstar can ban the modders in their game

Alright, so...
- Dodging hatchets isn't a "mod", it's literally what survivors are supposed to do. She also didn't "dodge all [your] hatchets", she dodged one or two and you hit the terrain with every other hatchet.
- The perk they disabled is called Hex: Huntress Lullaby. ALL Hex perks can be permanently disabled if survivors cleanse the associated Hex totem. This is not a mod, hack, or anything of the sort, it is literally how the perk works.
- Although this is not a cheater in any conceivable way, there is a "no name and shame" policy on the forum. I highly advise you to remove that link.

Well, I checked OP's post history and all they do is write threads complaining about (supposed) modders/cheaters/hackers. This thread kinda makes all their previous complaints suspect.

Only because you are not really good at Killer does not make the Survivors cheaters. To your points:
Dodging-->This is not a "mod" or "Cheat" or anything. You missed your hatchets or she dodged them. Normal gameplay.
Perk disabled-->Your Perk is a Hex-Perk. When the Totem is cleansed, the Perk is disabled, this is what happened. Normal gameplay.
Your so called "godmode"-->You swung at the pallet, she dropped it. The server registered her Pallet Drop before the hit. So the Hit got cancelled, it was not meant to hit. But since you get the information instantly, it looks like a Hit on your end. Normal gameplay.
So, in the end, you just ragequit and you gained the respective penalty. Which is good.

Your views have been addressed multiple times and deemed by everyone else as not a "modder".
That aside, i think the dc penalty should be increased for first dc. I don't think 5mins is enough. even for genuine dcs it can be longer to allow the person to address the issue on their end.

I do think they could increase the first dc penalty to 10mins. I hope that might help with the current dcs as it's significant but still don't know if it would be significant enough to deter people rage quitting as per the video you posted.

As explained by others in the thread. Perks can be permanently disabled. These perks are HEX perks, and it's part of the game. They are powerful, but risk being disabled for the remainder of the match if the relative HEX totem is cleansed.
Hit validation on Pallets is server side now, so it can happen that you apparently hit someone on your screen, but the server deny your hit if you quickly get hit by a pallet after. This is because of latency, and what you see on your screen is not always what is perceived by the servers and survivors because of latency.
As per the dodges, those are normal and will happen in your games, especially with ranged killers.
Since the explanations were given, i'll close this thread now.
