is Hex: Thrill of the Hunt Nerf or Buff?
As titled.
Increasing the time but remove noise notification seems to make this perk has direct feedback to killer that uses it.
Not knowing whether survivors are cleansing/blessing totems seems to pretty critical for this perk.
It completely removes the play styles around "defending totem" perks IMO. Feels a little weird at this moment.

Nerf
The few seconds it adds doesn't protect anything. The notifications were just about the only reason this perk even saw play.
If you want to defend a hex, your better off setting up a 3 gen around the totem so you can keep an eye on it

Nerf, no info given is not worth a perk slot even if it takes longer to cleanse with it.

Huge nerf, to an already poor perk.
"Slow down totem boon/cleansing a little teehee" is definitely not worthy of a hex perk. Increase the slowdown and make it a regular perk.

Nerf overall but the added time really isn't something to be scoffed at.
For killers who can interrupt actions like doctor or killers who can easilly detect a survivor on their totems like demo the new version is probably better then the old one.
28 seconds is a long time to not be interrupted. (Yes 28 seconds)

Rework. It's not a totem defence perk anymore, it's a slowdown perk. I don't think it's significantly weaker or stronger than it was before, but it does have the benefit of now actually having its own niche instead of being Undying But Worse.

Major nerf. Clearly they didn't want any perks killer-side that could adversely affect Boon Totems.

Nerf

Huge nerf. They gutted the only useful part of the perk. It is on par with monstrous shrine in terms of utility now

And still a hex: WHY ?

We can’t have totem defense perks anymore because then nobody would buy the DLC.
