Dwight - When on third hook, hide in a locker and you can see all of possible Auras, but you can't see the same Auras the Killer sees. When you exit a locker it has a cooldown of 60 seconds.

Meg - When on third hook, your Exhausted Status Effect is reduced by 50% for the duration of the trial. And you become 10% faster at vaulting.

Claudette - When on third hook, you're able to heal yourself 25% faster, and your team, 50% faster.

Jake - When on third hook, your unhook and sabotage speed is increased by 50%.

Nea - When on third hook, your Aura reading range is slightly increased. When the killer performs a basic hit, the killer is revealed for 5 seconds.

Ace - One first hook, your chances of escaping the hook are at 50%. When on third hook, your chances of finding a high rarity item is greatly increased. Any unopened chests are revealed to you in yellow.

Exhaustion Perks. (not that I'd lock them to a Character or have each Character release with one, but the cooldown effect for a strong bonus that locks other Perks of the same class out is basically an "ability")
The "Powers" you're listing could be made into standalone passive Universal Perks under some kind of "Last Stand" category.
