I have never heard this language before, is it Spanish? Are they insulting me? I must know.

After my 5 years I have never seen such texts, like others are saying I'd assume insults.

It's a rare dialect called "Good Sportsmanship". You'll see it every now and then, usually from people who immigrated from Killer Main or who are from Both Sides. Sometimes you'll get native survivors who speak Good Sportsmanship. It's an easy language to learn. But sadly most people don't take the time.
