I haven't been able to play a single match after 5 tries due to the infinite bug. :)
JUST GREAT :) wonderful start so far. I wish I could be earning the free skins in that Halloween "event" tome.... but to do that involves actually playing the game. I never thought it could get to the point where I actually could be prevented from playing. Insane. This is incredible.

That is bad. The worst I got was needing 3 resets. And the rest of the session worked after that, thank the heaven's above. I am usually pretty lax about bugs and glitches in games, but this one makes the game literally unplayable. Even I have to complain about those...

Do you go straight to killer when trying to play? Because when I do that, I get the infinite loading screen.
When I play a round of survivor and then killer, for me the infinite loading screen is gone.

I've been able to play 1 single match as survivor yesterday shortly after the event released, and since then it's nothing but infinite loading for either role. It really sucks because I love the new cosmetics but at this rate, I'll never get them because I can't even load into a match.

Yesterday I just gave up after I got stucked twice in an infinite loading screen (had to open Task-Manager to close the app which caused me to lose my offering and made me depip) and after that I got several different error messages when trying to load into a match (sync-error, unknown-error, no connection). The game is in a truly horrible state.

I played 4-5 killers games with a few survivor here and there and did not see this. My son plays on Xbox one and also did not see this (I'm on series) so is this all platforms or no?

I played 5 survivor games with no issues apart from playing 3 doctors in a row and a legion before them. Played 2 as killer, second game didn't load, so 1 out of 8 aint bad tbf.

Were you using the new Seed offerings? I've heard using them as killer causes the infinite loading screen, and I used them 2 times and both caused the infinite screen.

I have tried this but have not experienced the 500 error (yet) when taking in a seed.

I've seen this complaint from both ps4 and PC players, not sure on xbox. Out of 6 tries to play today, I've managed 2 successful games.

About 1/4 of my matches have been infinity loading screen today.
Cant something be done to cause the loading to drop earlier, without it taking 5-10mins of waiting?

This has been happening it looks like on all platforms. I am on PS4. BHVR is aware and trying to resolve it.

No I don't even bring offerings now because if you're hit with the bug it wastes an offering you don't get them back if you're stuck.

Last night I had the loading bug once in 3 killer matches and 6 survivor matches.
Today I've tried to play 3 killer matches and got the bug all 3 times.
I love loading up this game to not play it. 🙃

Try without active challenge, if it works you can select challenges again, at least i could.
