Any word on why Nemesis was nerfed?

I miss the whole minute of s p e e d, it was a very welcome buff to am otherwise mediocre iri add on

    He Who Must Not Be Named probably got downed by a zombie because of Shattered S.T.A.R.S. Badge's speed buff. Thus, it is clearly too strong.
