Question regarding a Legion achievement

Good evening,
I have been hunting for the achievements ever since the game was realeased and every now and then, some achievements turned out to be bugged and got fixed eventually. My question is : How does one get the achievement linked to legion's power. I'm talking about the one where you need to do something 25 times. It says that I have to kill a survivor who has deep wound status effect and here is what I have tried so far :

  • Let the survivor bleed out because of Deep Wound status effect
  • Down a survivor with M1 ( while not in frenzy ) when he or she is affected by Deep Wound status.
  • Down a survivor using frenzy ( by depleting the survivor's Deep Wound's progress bar )

And yet despite all my efforts I cannot seem to be progressing with this achievement. Do I have to mori 25 survivors who are in deep wound status ? That actually doesn't make much sense but anyway please let me know what you know about this situation.
