What killer addons should be basekit and why?😇
Seeing trappers much needed buff helps out so much to play him (the old brown sack as basekit).
I think deathslinger should have one of his reload addons as base after his nerfing.
Any other suggestions?

Toy sword on Twins should be base to make them a little stronger so there not forced to run the addon every time.
Myers needs at least Memorial flower base so his stalking is stronger
Pig needs a little addons to base kit like the straps and increased crouch speed like ghost face
Clown needs soda bottle base kit he should start with 5 bottles at base
Ghostface kind of got his cooldown addons base kit but it’s not enough he needs a shorter cooldown and better addons
Slinger needs reload addon base
Nemesis I would say Marvins blood should be base so it’s not required

Pig's Rule Set No.2, crouch speed and crouch transition speed addons would be nice quality of life.
Nemesis's Marvin's Blood would be a good buff for the killer.
Demo's Rat Tail would be nice quality of life.

Doctor- Mouldy Electrode and Discipline Class III (only the detonation time reduction).
Pig - Combat straps and Workshop grease.
Legion - Mural Sketch and Julie's Mix Tape.
Demogorgon - Rat liver and Barb's glasses.
Twins - Toy sword and Cat figurine.
Nemesis - Mikhail's eye.

Nurse's add-on, Plaid Flannel. It's weird cuz pinhead can see where he places his m2 power but not nurse?

Clown - Cheap Gin Bottle, now that he has two different types of bottles
Billy - Dad's boots
Pyramid Head - Needs an addon overhaul tbh but maybe Wax doll.
Cat figurine hell no haha, being on Victor's eye level, you can't see anything with that addon while trying to pounce close to you.

All of them, because a Killer shouldn't be balanced only when running add-ons

I always thought add-ons for killers should alter the playstyle of the killer. The whole increasing speed of this or that should be more of a balancing thing.

Everyone of them that makes a change of less than 2%. Maybe then we can get some add-ons that actual make meaningful changes or give alternative play styles

It's not an addon, but BBQ (and the similar survivor BP gain perk) should be baseline, minus the other effects. It's really silly to force people to choose between a painful grind and a mandatory perk.
Addons? Hmm. Several Pig and Doctor perks immediately come to mind.

For Legion, Cold Dirt and Joey's Mix Tape. 4 seconds of fatigue is way too long. 3 second fatigue basekit would be so nice.

The difference between running shock range addons and not on Doctor is night and day. I think part of range should be baked in.
Also, why tf does legion sill have a 4 second fatigue? Both fatigue addons should be base.

Mother Daughter ring basekit. You gotta be kidding me. That add-on should be nerfed.
Spirit's doing just fine after the nerf. The only issue that I see is all of her green add-ons are all memes and should never be run. I'd be down with them reducing Mother Daughter to a 30 percent increase in speed and then make all of her greens just a bit better.

Every addon base? Even the ones that contradict each other and the meme addons? Scratched mirror Myers would be the only possible myers, nurse would have shorter range, reduced lunge, and 50% slower recharge speed and would lose her power after every blink attack.
Fun idea for an April fools event but otherwise I'd rather not.

Any addons that always make the killer weaker when they are not run should be basekit. Stuff like marvins blood, slingers reload addons, cold dirt, etc. Addons should not be a requirement, but an enjoyable extra that makes you more powerful is certain areas.

i will take re-introducing her actually good addons as a consolation package yes, she didn't need her set ganked in addition to radar mode
but it was sans m-d/yakuyoke ironically and the new admittedly easymode purple killer instinct one

Pinhead - Engineer's Fang
His possessed chain is quite garbage, it's essentially a Nurse blink except that it doesn't teleport you to it and (without the add on) doesn't even injure survivors. In the best case scenario it barely wins you any distance over the survivor, with the only saving grace is that it prevents Dead Hard and fast/medium vaults if doesn't already break by the time you get there. But at times it's not even worth the risk to gain that marginal distance since it can make you lose distance more than you would otherwise gain.

Because the Survivors will be unable to see boxes when the trap is inactive, they'll be less focused on wanting to remove the trap. So, what else will they do but gens?
Then, when the trap is active, this addon does nothing.
This addon just nerfs Pig's slowdown potential.

Trapper: Lengthened Jaws. Stepping on a trap should always have a consequence. Already being injured nullifies that if Trapper is otherwise occupied.
Slinger: Ammo belt for reasons you described.
Legion: I'm going to cheat and just say Double Fatigue cuz ho-ly hell 4 seconds is too long.
Pig: Combat Straps. Anyone who's used her ambush knows why.
Clown: At least the sticky soda. Just something to compensate for having to juggle 2 bottles.

i mean to be fair what else are survivors going to do at the start of the match other than gens gen-erally
if they completely ignore it then they start off with timers and scramble over boxes and possibly have one die, so s'not a great scenario either way

Clown - Sticky Soda Bottle and Smelly Inner Soles (Clown should have 5 bottles basekit and Smelly Inner Soles basekit would help reloading bottles in a chase much more easier)

Wraith: "The Beast" - Soot (The Wraith's Terror Radius is no longer suppressed when cloaked.)
Balance.
If Deathslinger's ability to stealth is being nerfed because of how strong he is in the 1v1 and getting initial surprise damage, then Wraith needs it too (if not moreso)

but more seriously this would make wraith COMPLETELY clap low-end survivors because i legitimately only ever see wraith do massively better with the terror radius addon in potato lobbies because it keeps the 'tr = i walk away and don't get on a gen for 30 seconds' aspect yet changes nothing about not knowing where he's coming from and where you need to run to

- PLAGUE: Prayer Tablet Fragment makes the Plague competitive. Vile purge is used to 'set traps' while corrupt purge can be used for damage. Also, vile emetic. I've been having so much fun with her lately.
- HUNTRESS: that putee thing - running 115% when empty
- PERKS: Fire Up, Whispers, Spies, Overcharge, Thanatophobia
Not that all those perks should be basekit, but some of them could be. Thanatophobia as basekit makes sense to me because when survivors stack, they repair faster. When they're injured why shouldn't they be punished? Too much? :P
However, I don't see how making Spies or Whispers basekit would be unfair.

They should just make the Fathers Glasses that they removed for no good reason a base kit for spirit.

Demogorgon- Black Heart
If this were base kit, I think it would make new Demogorgon players want to use their Shred to hit people instead of only using it for zoning

Pinhead: The engineer's feng addon should be base kit, but earnable with some conditions, like the red puke for Plague. Because right now Pinhead seems too high risk/skill with low/easy to counter reward.

Sounds like a lot to have a purple and a green add-on base kit but it’s literally only 1 second off a 4 second fatigue.

Nemesis: Marvin's Blood because he feels so much better to play with it.
Doctor: High Stimulus Electrode because the meta is about predropping pallets so I was thinking having a really long shock could help him stop Survivors before they can get close enough to the pallet to predrop it.
Legion: Cold Dirt and Joey's Mix Tape because 4 seconds is too long for his cooldown.
Huntress: Soldier's Puttee so she's not a 110% M1 Killer if she runs out of hatchets.
