The matchmaking is a joke

I have 200 hours in this game but the game only matches me up with people that have at least 1000 hours. Like ######### am i supposed to do against them? Are they just too dumb to see that they have 5 times as many hours as i do?

  Yep MM is broken. I have 2500h and in soloq i get most of the times teammates with 200 or 400h that die almost instantly.
