What does COH stack with?

I thought everything? Or is it only medkits?
Tried Desperate Measures and Botany. it didn't seem to impact the heal speed though because the bars color remained normal?

With everything exept another CoH. The bars colors is going to stay the same but the healing speed will be faster

It stacks with all healing perks and items.

If you are already healing twice as fast then another 33% isn't gonna seem like a lot faster than that.
